Fall Festival September 12, 2015

This year’s Somerville Day will be a fall festival held on September 12, 2015.  Please mark your calendars now for the whole day of activities at 665 Patricktown Road, Somerville.


To kick off the day we will be hold the parade at 10:00am.  Please line Route 105 between Turner Ridge and the school to show your support. If you would like to be in the parade, line-up is on Turner Ridge at 9:30am. Lots of candy will be thrown.  Lots of sirens will blow.


At the conclusion of the parade there will be a 9-11 Tribute for those taken on that awful day and a memorial for our town residents who have passed around the gazebo.


Then come inside the gym for the day:

Huge Raffle opens at 10:00am.  A great tradition and win great prizes.

Helen’s delicious food for lunch and snacks

Cake Walk for all. You are sure to win a tasty cake to take home.

Free Cupcake Walk for the kids

Scarecrow Costume Contest with cash prizes

Silent Auction. Big items that go the highest bidder at 2:00pm sharp.

Crafts and Vendor tables

Pizza Supper (new this year):  There will be a pizza supper served leading up to the fireworks.  Free pizza for Somerville residents.  Please RSVP to Elaine Porter 549-5105.  


The fireworks show will start just after dark, around 7:30pm or so.


Rent-free craft and vendor tables are available.  If you are interested, please contact any member of the Somerville Day Committee.
