Somerville Day September 9, 2017

This year’s Somerville Day will be a fall festival held on September 9, 2017.  Please mark your calendars now for the whole day of activities at 665 Patricktown Road, Somerville.

 

To kick off the day we will be hold the parade at 10:00am.  Please line Route 105 between Turner Ridge and the school to show your support. If you would like to be in the parade, line-up is on Turner Ridge at 9:30am. Lots of candy will be thrown.  Lots of sirens will blow.

 

Here is a list of the fun things lined up for the day:

10:00 - Parade

10:00 - Judging for the mailbox decorating contest (Somerville Only)

10:00 - Tribute by Chris Johnson to 9-11

10:30 - Raffle ticket sales. Drawing at 3:00 pm. Must be present to win.

Play by Baptist Church 

Ice Cream Social

Silent Auction

BBQ by Helen Morow

Kid Games

Cake Walk

Craft Tables

Bucket Brigade

6:00 - Pizza $1 a slice or donation


The fireworks show will start just after dark, around 7:30pm or so.

 

Rent-free craft and vendor tables are available.  If you are interested, please contact any member of the Somerville Day Committee.

 

Come together for fellowship, fun and maybe something to take home.  Mark your calendars for September 9th.
